## Verified product facts

- One JPG, PNG, or WebP reference image is accepted, up to 10 MB. A clear full-body image with both shoes visible is recommended.
- The optional creative-direction prompt is limited to 600 characters. The core tip-toe movement is already included.
- Output is a five-second, 9:16 vertical MP4 in either 480P or 768P.
- Generation is submitted through fal.ai to MiniMax H3 Max at `minimax/h3-max/reference-to-video`.
- New accounts receive 0 free credits. A 480P render costs 1 credit; a 768P render costs 2 credits.
- Stripe hosts checkout. Current plans and prices are documented on the pricing page and may change for future purchases.
- The source photo is temporarily stored in private Cloudflare R2 and sent to fal.ai and MiniMax for generation. It is designed to be deleted from application R2 after the job reaches a final state and its result is handled.
- A successful video is copied to private Cloudflare R2. Its signed result link expires after 24 hours; the video object is not guaranteed to be retained permanently.
- Failed generations are designed to return reserved generation credits automatically. A successful output is not refundable merely because a user dislikes it.
