Terms of Service

Effective date: October 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of this deployment of Tip Toe in My Jordans (the “Service”). The operator is the person or organization that made the deployment you are visiting available. By uploading a photo or requesting a video, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

The Service turns an uploaded photo and optional prompt into a short AI-generated video. Requests run through a Cloudflare Worker, temporary and generated media are handled with Cloudflare R2, and video generation is submitted through fal.ai to the third-party MiniMax H3 Max minimax/h3-max/reference-to-video endpoint. Jobs are asynchronous: fal.ai may report completion by webhook, and the application may poll status until the result is ready.

The Service is experimental. A request may fail, take longer than expected, produce an inaccurate or objectionable result, or become unavailable. No particular output, quality, availability, retention period, or fitness for a specific purpose is promised.

Eligibility and access

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity conducted through your account. Do not bypass account, credit, rate, or other usage restrictions. The operator may limit, suspend, or revoke access to protect the Service or comply with law.

Credits, purchases, and subscriptions

Video generation consumes the number of credits shown in the interface. A failed generation is designed to return its reserved credits automatically; credits are not guaranteed to be returned when an output is successfully produced but you dislike the result. Credit packages and subscriptions are purchased through Stripe-hosted checkout. Prices, included credits, billing interval, and currency are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases.

Credits are a limited permission to use the Service, have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be withdrawn. Subscription credits are issued after the Service receives a valid payment event and again after each successful renewal. Canceling a subscription stops future renewal according to Stripe's displayed billing terms but does not by itself reverse credits from completed payments. If a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the matching credits may be removed; if some were already spent, the account balance may become negative and generation remains unavailable until the balance is restored. Refunds, where offered or legally required, are handled under the policy presented for the relevant purchase and applicable law. Use the account page and Stripe billing portal to review and manage eligible purchases and subscriptions.

Your content and permission to process it

You retain any rights you hold in your uploaded photo, prompt, and eligible output. You grant the operator and the technical providers used by the Service a limited, worldwide permission to host, transmit, transform, and process that material solely to provide, secure, and troubleshoot the Service and comply with law.

You represent that:

• you own the submitted material or have every permission required to use it;
• every identifiable real person in an uploaded image is an adult who knowingly consented to this specific AI-video use;
• your submission and intended use do not violate privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, contractual, or other rights; and
• your prompt and output will be used lawfully and without misleading people about whether media is authentic.

The Service does not guarantee that an output is unique, non-infringing, or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Other users may receive similar results.

Prohibited uses

You must not use the Service to:

• upload or depict a real person without that person’s informed permission;
• upload an image of anyone under 18;
• create non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation, or sexualized depictions of a real person;
• impersonate, defraud, threaten, harass, defame, blackmail, or deceive anyone;
• create false evidence or conceal the AI-generated nature of media when disclosure is required or necessary to avoid deception;
• infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• promote illegal activity, targeted hate, or credible violence;
• probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass access controls, rate limits, or security measures; or
• use automated means to consume the Service beyond limits authorized by the operator.

The operator may block a request, remove media, preserve evidence, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect others, or comply with law.

Storage and privacy

Temporary source photos are designed to be deleted from application R2 storage after a generation job reaches a terminal state and its result has been handled. Successfully generated videos are copied from the fal.ai result into private R2 and may remain there until deleted by the operator or a retention policy, while the result link expires after 24 hours. Results can be removed without notice, so download them promptly and do not treat the Service as permanent storage. Cloudflare, fal.ai, and MiniMax may process request content and technical data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible disclosure of AI media

You are responsible for the context in which you publish or share an output. Clearly disclose that a video is AI-generated when a viewer could otherwise reasonably mistake it for authentic footage, and follow any applicable labeling, advertising, election, consumer-protection, or platform rules.

Service ownership and source attribution

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Service, its software, design, branding, or third-party components. Any source-code license and required attribution distributed with the project remain in effect. You may not imply that the Service operator or any referenced brand endorses your content.

Independent-service and trademark notice

Tip Toe in My Jordans is an independent AI video experience and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Nike, Inc., Jordan Brand, Michael Jordan, or any of their affiliates. Nike, Jordan, Air Jordan, and related names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You receive no license to use those marks.

Suspension and termination

The operator may reject requests or suspend or terminate access when use violates these Terms, threatens the Service or another person, creates legal or security risk, or consumes resources beyond authorized limits. Media associated with suspended access may be deleted.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. You review and use every output at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator and the Service’s contributors and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or opportunities arising from the Service. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes and governing rules

The operator may update the Service or these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Applicable law governs these Terms without creating a choice of law or dispute forum that the operator has not actually identified.

Account and billing controls

Use the account page to review credits, purchases, subscriptions, and generation history. Eligible subscriptions can be managed through the Stripe billing portal. Any additional request method offered by the Service will be presented within the Service; no dedicated customer-support channel or response time is promised.
